Employee relations officer
A leading industrial company looking for an active employee relations officer to perform the following:
1. Conduct investigations with employees for disciplinary matters, write reports regarding the investigations and make discipline recommendations in consultation with the HR manager.
2. Assist, discuss with and advise on general personnel issues.
3. Check, Coordinate and facilitate the grievance procedures and channels.
4. Maintain discipline/investigation files and records.
5. Analyze, develop and review policies and regulations for personnel matters and inform HR manager accordingly.
6. Make HR announcement as required with coordination with HR Manager.
7. Make inside factory inspectional tours.
8. Review the company by law and advise the management if any changes are required.
9. Maintain a close working relationship with workers and employees.
10. Maintain positive culture through continuous communication with employees
11. Develop and/or implement employee recognition programs.

- The ideal candidates should match the following criteria:

· BSc degree in business administration or any related field.
· 4 + years of experience in HR and employee relation.
· - PHRI, SHRM-CP is a plus.
