Crystel looking for a Talent Acquisition & Retention Supervisor
 
Main responsibilities in brief;
- Supervise all recruitment activities and ensure closing all vacancies in a timely manner
- Maintain healthy pool of candidates to ensure efficiency in closing recruitment needs
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant entities
- Provide periodical progress reports
- Provide analysis on recruitment activities and suggest actionable steps to retain talents
- Provide and implement action plan to reduce turn over while providing analysis on reasons for such 

Successful candidates are those who;      
- Have solid experience in talent acquisition
and retention in a large organization (at least 3 years in a similar position)
- Are efficiency and results driven
- Have deep knowledge in recruitment KPIs in addition to analysis and reporting
- Have strong English language (reading, writing and speaking)
- Are advanced Excel user
