A leading company specializing in Transportation is looking for a “Fleet Supervisor” with the below requirement:
Main duties:
- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly fleet requirements internally with all relevant departments and with clients.
- Communicate with clients to ensure all transportation needs are met.
- Ensure and implement a safety-first culture.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, annually reports as needed
- Responsible for receiving daily or weekly requests from clients and coordinating with the drivers as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or any relevant degree.
- +2 years of experience in logistics or relevant industry.
- Ability to develop strong, value-added partnerships.
- Experience in Heavy Transport industry, preferably flatbeds, tippers, tankers,…
- Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
- Ability to handle and prioritize when presented with a high volume of engagements.
- Excellent communication skills and a high bar of accuracy and detail.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
- Must independently work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to perform multitasks and prioritize daily workload
- Ability to join us immediately.
