System Support Officer

Role Purpose:
Support students and academic team members by responding to tickets raised about SIS system. Help and advise LTUC users on systems usage (SIS) and escalate to SIS administrator if needed. Engage in solving complex problems for our users, collaborate and share knowledge with users on how to perform their functions using the system.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and do the necessary actions to solve the received tickets.
• Prepare trainings and tutorials if needed and share with users.
• Communicate with the vendor on specific tickets at the request of the SIS administrator.
• Follow up on open tickets with the vendor.
• Perform basic SIS administration duties in case needed under the supervision of the SIS administrator.
• Perform other related duties as required by his/her supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields + training.
- 0-2 years of working experience with a Ticketing system, Microsoft Products, the Educational field, and CRM platform is a plus.
- Very good Arabic and English spoken and written.
