Relations Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in media or public relations.
- Excellent writing, oral presentation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and writing software (MS Office).
- English as a second language.
Job Description:
- Create innovative and engaging public relations.
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and designers to create promotional content.
- Focus on marketing the company through partnerships and advertising.
- Generate new customer leads through various channels.
- Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
- Collect mandatory information to analyze client situations.
- Develop and oversee relationships with clients performing alongside Relationship Manager to ensure top level service provided to clients.
- Able to listen to and comprehend people’s problems with the intent to solve them
