مطلب موظف اداري للعمل لدى مجموعة المركز العربي الاعلامية

 


We are looking for Personal Assistant , bachelor’s degree in business Administration or any related field, From 3-5 years of experience

Responsibilities :

- Handle the chairman's traveling arrangements including tickets reservations, hotel booking reservations & visa issuance
- Responding directly to the chairman's correspondence.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing , copying , binding , scanning etc
- Answers phone calls , schedules meetings .
