The suitable candidate will have;
Minimum of 2 years experience in BPO and specially contact center outsourcing sales
Strong knowledge in contact center outsourcing services
Strong B2B relations and experience
Duties will include;
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Conduct cold calls
Draft proposals and sales presentations
Propose efficient products and present to customers
Manage own sales pipeline and follow up on submitted proposals
